Rokit Science have a team of experienced experts in the repair, service and maintenance of electric skateboards, even those from other manufacturers. We also build custom boards and can source spare parts, so if you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Spare Parts & Repairs

A full range of spare parts can be found in our online store. Many of these parts can also be used in electric skateboards from other manufacturers, but if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer a complete repair service on all of our electric skateboards, with easy collection and delivery of boards. Most skateboard repairs can be completed within the first hour of work, so we can offer a very rapid repair service depending on your location. We will endeavour to repair and return your board to you as soon as possible. For rates and delivery specifics, please contact us directly.

Thanks to our own extensive use and knowledge of electric and motorised skateboards, we are happy to repair boards from other manufacturers where possible. Please contact us to make sure that we can repair your particular board.

Custom Boards

We love a challenge and creating custom skateboards is a great opportunity for us to create your perfect electric skateboard. We are open to all suggestions and specifications, so if you do not see your perfect board in the online store, please contact us to discuss your ideal board. Prices and waiting times will vary depending on the board and demand, so please contact us for more information.

Warranty & Guarantees

We guarantee all our boards, services and spare parts for one year. Should any of our products malfunction within one year, we will replace the item free of charge. This does not include consumables, such as tyres, drive belts etc. or damage due to excessive or impact use. After one year has passed we can offer extremely competitive repairs and replacements.

Trouble Shooting

Got a small but perplexing problem with your electric skateboard? Please read the troubleshooting questions below - you may be able to fix your board yourself very easily. If your problem is not covered, contact us to discuss the problem.

Q: My skateboard turns on but will not move. There is a high-pitched noise coming from the motor.
A: Probably caused by a problem drive belt. Unscrew the drive belt plate / cover and check if it is in the correct place etc. Replace drive belt if necessary.

Q: There is a continuous beeping noise coming from the handset.
A: Handset battery is probably running low. Try replacing the 9V battery.

Q: The drive wheel appears worn out.
A: It can safely be changed with others on the board until all worn out. Exception is the BB2 Junior - if using this board replace drive wheel immediately.

Q: The light does not come on when the board is switched on.
A: Release battery pack and check fuse. Replace is blown, except with the BB2 Junior. If using this board, please contact us for more information.
