Royal Mail - International (Signed for - Registered)

Packages must be signed for on receipt, there is a tracking facility on www.RoyalMail.com which unfortunately, can only track packages up until the point that they leave the UK, and compensation is available for lost packages up to £34.00.

Packages are supposed to take a week, however the Royal Mail will not accept a package as being 'lost' until after 2 months. We are unable to ship replacement packages until that time.

UPS will try to deliver the package to you several times, however if you are not available and unable to be contacted, UPS will eventually send the items back to ourselves and this will incur additional charges.
