UK Express Courrier packages normally arrive by 5pm and require the customer to sign for it upon arrival. Delivery will be attempted TWICE in an event of absence, and a failure of delivery card will be posted through the door both times.

If a package is not delivered or collected, it will be sent back to us. Our delivery company charges us for undelivered packages to be returned back to our address. This charge is normally the same as the initial delivery charge, and must be passed on to the customer.
